Half tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp curd

For Biryani:

Half tsp salt
3 tbsp cup mint leaves
3 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp ghee

Step 1 – Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, egg and maida. Add more flour if the mixture is too wet. Marinate the chicken for at least one hour.

Step2 – Boil rice in water with salt till almost cooked. Make sure the rice is not fully cooked and mushy.
